Peg Maas, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT
Dr. Peg Maas, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT is a Board Certified Pelvic and Women’s Health Physical Therapist who has been working in the Swedish Hospital Medical system for 35 years. She is a Clinical Faculty member at the University of Washington and a Lecturer at the University of Puget Sound. Besides helping her patients achieve their goals, collaborating with providers from various disciplines is her favorite professional pursuit. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes and workplace injury reduction. Two decades ago, when she first received referrals for ultrasound treatment for clogged ducts, she learned as much as she could about breast anatomy and physiology. All these credentials, skills and experiences converged to help develop an approach to “clogged ducts” that is highly successful. She has taught this approach regionally and nationally. (She also breastfed a single child and then twins, for which she owes a debt of gratitude to the expertise of lactation consultants.)
